W Magazine: Best Performances Party
In January 2024, I co-managed wall and ceiling wrapping initiatives at Chateau Marmont's Penthouse 64 in West Hollywood for W Magazine's Best Performances Party.
Working closely with David Rodgers Inc, I ensured that the artwork was accurately sized and production-ready for the event. This included preparing the photographs to meet printing specifications and coordinating with the installation team to seamlessly integrate the designs into the event space.

The wall wraps were a key element in shaping the event’s ambiance, providing a dynamic backdrop for the evening’s high-profile guests. The project was featured in W Magazine's online coverage, with photographs by Saskia Lawaks showcasing the final installation and its integration into the overall event experience.

This event was going to be held at Chateau Marmont’s Penthouse 64. I had to familiarize myself with the event space, take note of measurements, and decide what rooms the photographs would fit best. My own parameters were primarily based on celebrity poses, theme, image size/orientation, and the recent projects I associated each actor/actress with.
As much as possible in my initial pass, I wanted to feature them regardless of their respective social prominence and pay more attention to whether the photographs fit certain rooms and wall sizes.

Working closely with David Rodgers himself, I presented him my initial decisions. We continued to deliberate and choose where photographs would be best displayed. The final pass and approval was based on modified arrangements according to client needs, attending guests, and film prominence.
The installation team found the placement map I created helpful to their on-site wrap initiatives and in turn, our team contributed to a successful event attended by revered working actors and actresses of our generation.
